Your website is usually the first place a new client meets you. Behind it there is often a shop taking orders, a login where your team does its work, and a few tools nobody outside the business ever sees. Web development is the name we give to building all of it, the public part and the private part, as one job.

Website design is where most projects start. We design and build bespoke websites, from a small business site to a full online shop, in one language or several. This site runs in English and Afrikaans. Speed, search visibility and an editor your own team can use are part of the build, and so is looking after the site once it is live.

A Business HQ is the private side of the same thinking: a back-office app built around how you work, with your orders, customers, stock and newsletters behind a login of your own. We built Ritual HQ for Rare Ritual to run a skincare business from it.

Intelligent systems are the parts that keep running after everyone has gone home. A Brand Portal replaces the brand-guide PDF with a link that is always current. Business systems such as proposal builders, client portals and product configurators take the repeated admin off your team. They are web builds underneath, and the Intelligent Systems pillar goes into them in more detail.

Digital experiences are the pieces a visitor does something with: the scorecard on our homepage that tells you how your website is doing, an event invitation with a personal reply page for every guest (that is RSVP Sorted), an e-learning module people get to the end of. Each one has to look like the brand and work on a phone.
