OART.
RSVP management for complex events, turned into a working system, the client site and the back office behind it.
The brief.
OART runs RSVP and guest management for large, complex events, powered by Cvent. We built them a site organised around the problems their clients actually have: registration flows, guest logistics, sponsor reporting, instead of a brochure of services.
At the centre sits a searchable case study library: 177 real events written up individually, doing the selling instead of a page of claims. A four-question contact form replaces the usual long-winded one.
Behind it all sits OART HQ, a full back office we built them: leads, blog, the project gallery, pages and menus, all editable without a developer. It even has its own brand centre, colours, logos, fonts and PowerPoint templates, all one click to copy or download, so their whole team stays on-brand without asking us.
Built mobile-first, because most of OART's team check the site from the floor of an event, not a desk.
It started with the identity: the OART mark folds a chevron into the O, doubling as a nod to RSVP ticks and to Ovation's own applause. Amatry carries the focus-word headings, Grift runs everything else, over a black, jacaranda, fuchsia, candy, rose, sunshine, coral and fire palette.
