The brief.
Zutari needed to introduce its Talent Management framework to the whole company without losing people in HR jargon. The goal was to simplify complex ideas into a visually intuitive narrative that resonates from new starters to leadership.
We built an animated explainer in a friendly, illustrative style with a structured visual flow. A calm voiceover guides the piece, while transitions, icons and text highlights carry the key messages around development, feedback and long-term career growth. Made in full HD, it works for onboarding, internal communication and leadership presentations, reinforcing Zutari's people-first culture.
