The brief.
Rare Ritual needed to run a growing skincare business without a stack of disconnected tools. So we built them Ritual HQ: a private command centre for the whole operation. Live orders syncing from the store, inventory and batch planning down to the ingredient, an ambassador programme with referral tracking and commissions, a subscriber list with a built-in newsletter tool, all in one on-brand app they own and we host.
